What this page covers
This page covers visits to rlapplications.com and general messages sent to RL Applications. Each app can handle different information for different purposes, so its own privacy page supplements this studio page. The current app supplement is Wayfinder privacy.
Website visits
The website is a static site hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It has no account sign-in, forms, advertising, analytics script or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may receive normal connection and security information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times, when it delivers and protects the site. Cloudflare handles that information under its own infrastructure and terms.
Emails and support
If you email RL Applications, the studio receives the address you use, your message and any attachments or other details you choose to provide. That information is used to understand and answer the enquiry, investigate faults or misuse, keep a proportionate support history and meet legal obligations. Google’s email infrastructure carries and stores messages sent to the current public address. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, app-store passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Support information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. A specific period depends on the enquiry, any ongoing issue and applicable record-keeping obligations. RL Applications does not sell or rent support messages or use them for advertising.
Service providers and overseas handling
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security, and Google provides the current email service. Their infrastructure may process information outside Australia. RL Applications may also disclose relevant information where reasonably needed to obtain professional advice, respond to a lawful request or protect the studio and its users. App providers and app data are described in the relevant app privacy page.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask what personal information RL Applications holds about your enquiry, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing the address above. Enough information may be requested to locate the relevant messages and verify that they relate to you. RL Applications will review the concern and respond with the outcome or any further information reasonably needed. An app account deletion request should use the app-specific deletion route.
